Methods of Payment
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal.
Order Processing
Upon receipt of your order, a confirmation email is automaticly sent to the email address you provide us. This email will list the personalization details of the piece you have designed. Please review the order information closely and contact us by phone or email if any item is not as you intended. If you don't receive the Order Confirmation, please check your spam filter and also verify that you entered your email address correctly when you placed your order.

If we do not receive notification from you of any changes within 24 hours of your receipt of our confirmation email, we will begin the order process. We will process the charge to your credit card and upon authorization we will begin creating your piece. Depending on the complexity of your design, the creation of your piece can be completed in as soon as two weeks, but no longer than four weeks.

Should you, for any reason, need to cancel your order after the piece has gone into production but prior to shipment, a 20% cancellation fee will be charged to cover our production costs.

Sorella Jewelry Studio proudly considers our jewelry productions wearable works of art. In order to insure that your purchase experience with us is a positive one, we make the following promises. 

We stand behind our pieces 100% and guarantee them to be free of defects in workmanship, to be made of the finest of materials and to be made to the specifications of our clients. Each piece is given a careful inspection by our quality control department before it is prepared for shipment. If, by chance, your piece is found to be defective or damaged in any way, please return it to us within 30 days. At your discretion, we will replace the piece or provide a 100% refund.

We work closely with our clients to insure that each piece meets their design expectations. We encourage you to call or email us to discuss any element of the design process. When you order your piece, an order confirmation email will be sent to you itemizing the details of your piece. We highly recommend that you carefully review this order confirmation and contact us immediately if any detail is not as you intended.

Upon receipt of the piece, if for any reason you find you are not absolutely delighted with the piece you have designed, please contact us. Sorella Jewelry Studio will be happy to work with you to make any necessary adjustments. An additional fee may be charged, depending on the change (e.g. wrong size ordered, misspelling in personalization, etc.) Please note that personalized rings cannot be resized. We strongly recommend that you have your finger sized by a jeweler prior to ordering.

Please note that should any jeweler other than Sorella Jewelry Studio work on your piece, the Sorella Jewelry Studio guarantee will be voided. Additionally, Sorella is not responsible for an individual's allergic or other type of reaction to any precious metal.

Sorella offers FREE SHIPPING in the United States on all standard production orders. Orders are shipped via UPS Ground (or USPS Priority Mail to P.O. Boxes and Military APO/FPO addresses).  If you'd like to receive your purchase quicker, we offer a  6-Business Day Rush Service  for an additional charge of $75 ($50 Rush Fee and $25 Overnight Shipping).

On the day your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a UPS tracking number that can be used on to track the process of your delivery. For your protection, delivery must be accepted and signed for by an adult.

To prevent credit card fraud, we prefer to ship only to the billing address on file for the credit card used. If you wish to have your piece sent to an alternate address, we will ask that you sign the order confirmation email that we send you and fax it to us along with a copy of your driver's license and credit card. International orders will be shipped to the billing address only. These precautions are for the protection of both the cardholder and Sorella.

Sorella products are custom made-to-order in our Michigan studio and usually ship within 2 to 4 weeks. The customer agrees not to hold Sorella Jewelry Studio responsible for production delays and agrees a delay does not constitute a right to refund or cancel. Every effort will be made to ship your jewelry as soon as possible. and notification will be made of any delay.

International Shipping (Outside of the USA)
Sorella has partnered with a trusted third-party company, Bongo International, to fulfill orders for our international customers. Simply put any items you wish to purchase in your shopping cart and click the orange "Outside the US?" button on the Shopping Cart page. The items will automatically be transferred into a Bongo cart and you'll see shipping options and duties displayed. Bongo bases shipping costs on weight, rather than value, making rates very reasonable. Bongo will process your payment and guarantee delivery. Our Six Business Day Rush Service is unfortunately not available on international orders.

Sales Tax
Sales tax will only be assessed for orders that are shipped to addresses within the state of Michigan.
